Yacal 0844 Dialup Terms and Conditions

1. General
1.1. Yacal Dial-up is a pay as you go dialup internet connection service for which no monthly fee is chargeable by Yacal.
The Connection to this Dialup Service is established by way of a Dialup Access Number and a Username and Password which is setuped by our Setup-Help software. The maximum connection speed offered by this service is 56 kbit/sec, which is the maximum available via the normal dialup modems.
2.2. The cost of the service is five pence per minute access fee to BT consumers. The costs to non-BT lines may vary. Online charges will appear on your telephone bill. You assume full responsibility for any call charges payable to your telephone provider as a result of your use of the Yacal Dialup Service and Yacal is not responsible for any such charges.
2.3. Yacal will provide you with unlimited service, although Yacal can not garantuee that each attempt to connect to our service will result in a successful connection. We utilize an infrastructure with over-capacity and quality levels are constantly monitored, at certain times of the day lines may be busier than on others resulting in an engaged-tone when a dialup attempt is made. You are allowed to redial as often as you wish until a successful connection is made. Because usage patterns can be unpredictable, no guarantees of service availability are offered.
3. Ending this Agreement
3.1. You may end this Agreement at any time without giving notice to us by not using the Yacal Dialup Service anymore. Our standard housekeeping procedures will result in any data used in conjunction with the Yacal Dialup Service being deleted when a certain period of inactivity is detected.
3.2. We reserve the right to restrict your use of the Yacal Dialup Service at any time. Although we are under no obligation to provide notice of such restriction we will endeavour to communicate with you in advance of such a withdrawal.
4. Changes
4.1. These conditions may be amended at any time. Amendments will be posted on the Yacal Webpage.
You will be deemed to have accepted any alteration or amendment to these Terms & Conditions if you continue to use the Yacal Dialup Service after this date.
